Spiced Peanut Butter Sauce

Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
- 85 ml (3 fl oz) coconut cream
- 125 ml (4 fl oz) water
- ½ - 1 teaspoon chilli sauce or chilli paste
- 1 tablespoon thai fish sauce or light soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon thai red curry paste or 1 teaspoon mild curry powder
- ¾ teaspoon palm sugar or soft brown sugar salt
Method
Place all the ingredients into
a small saucepan and stir over medium heat until thickened. Season to
taste with salt and pepper.
